Saw an awesome deal for a Cannon EOS 5D Mark III for 1999.99. Phoned the store and got Ralph to ask some questions. After a lot of fast talk and high pressure talking I said that I need to give everything some thought and would call back the next day. The next day my husband called for me as he was more familiar with the accessories for the camera. While he was asking questions as to WHY the camera that was 1999.99 on their web site and was 2399.00 in the store? Ralph and him lost connection by phone in the middle of a question. When he called back he was informed by Ralph that yes he indeed had hung up on him and when you decide what it is you want to buy phone me back. Then hung up on my husband again!!! We left it a few days and decided to order the camera through their web site so as not to deal with extremely rude "customer?? service again. The order went through. We paid by paypal and gave our address. Then we get a call from the store. The camera is out of stock and will be back instock in three weeks. BUT!! We have a camera in the store and it is 2300.00. WHAT???? An obvious bait and switch. We were visiting NY City on holiday and needed a camera. I had no choice but to pay the extra for the camera. They might have gotten extra money from me this one time, BUT I will never ever shop in this store again. I will and have told everyone that I know just how they do business. I ddi walk by your store while in NY City. And just kept walking!!! One day very soon 42st Camera is going to run out of customers that they can take advantage of. I hope that you have enjoyed the extra money that you have scammed from me. I guess you need it more!!!! Very unhappy Customer that WILL NEVER return. Sad that I have to give you a one star rating. That is way to generous. It should be in the negative. Janet Cambridge Ontario
