I'm really starting to think we need to all get in on a Class Action Suit. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and they managed to send back a letter to them not even going over their apparent "No Credit Reporting" policy. It was stated to us when we first signed up for this that it would be reported. About 6 months later, they changed it around and said that they don't. I have 4 kids, I don't have time to read magazines. The only reason why we did this was for the credit reporting. Talk about fraud here. At least that's how the State of Wisconsin is looking at it. Yes, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's Office as well.

I have been dealing with the same situation with 716. I am curious what the outcome was? Have they contacted you and actually pursued taking you to court?
