A-1 Electric Motor Services a preditory company that is completely untrustworthly Park Hills, Ohio
A 1 Electric Motor was asked to fix a timer that was attached to a septic tank motor. When I recieved it back they said they need to rebuild the motor and did so at the cost of 350.00. It did not work so I took it back they said it was now fixed, it again did not work when I reinstalled it. I then asked than as originally instructed to fis the timer, they did and now it works. They waived the 150 timer repair. The problem is that is all I should have paid in the first place. They said in the end both the timer and the moter needed to be fixed to cover their tracks. But why would a company be so willing to waive a repair that needed to be done in their words. Simply they were caught doing a repair that didn't need to be done. Consider this I did business with A -1 for years with my current business and blindlessly trusted them. I'm an executive VP/COO and don't have an ax to grind just a precautionary warning for others. I taked to the owner who could have cared less. I spent thounsands of dollars with this Company and they ripped me off what hope do you have if this is your first time doing business with them. Customer service is poor at best just call them and ask a question. My advise go somewhere else.
