A Fine Image Mark Zaki Wedding Photos, Rip OFF Newton Center, Massachusetts
After paying over $1500 for two shotty photographers who bickered of who was going to get what pictures taken, I received the email of that my images were online. These photos were not of the best quality and none seemed to be touched up. When I asked for just a CD of some of my images, so I could have my friend touch them up I was told that it would be another $2400 for the copy of the images. I started to panic and read through my contract. It said that I could buy the CD for an extra cost. Neither my husband or I thought that this would be $2400!!! When I contacted the owner, I was told it was in an email... Which is not a contractual agreement nor did I receive such price list until the initial complaint was made to the owner. I went to the online site to find that each 5"x7" picture was $25. It's outrageous!! I have since looked online at other similiar complaints. How could a company charge $1500 for just shooting the wedding then another $2400 for a CD of unedited images?!
