A promotional Outlet ripped me off new city New York
I placed an order with apromotionaloutlet.com for 50 fleece blankets ($455.50) for an event I was having about 3 weeks ago and was given the run around right after the order was placed. I could never get in contact with a live person, and the chat option on the website suddenly wasn't an option anymore. I was told i could get my items by my deadline, and as the deadline approached i tried calling both numbers on the website to get an update because i had never received a tracking number or email indicating that my item had shipped.
Once i finally got a hold of someone they told me that their factory was on the west coast and they would open in about 40 mins. The man assured me that he would talk to his representative on the west coast as soon as the factory opened. several hours later, i received an email stating that the rep was not available for a few more hours and they would get back to me later.
Once i received that email, i asked that they just cancel my order and give me a cancellation confirmation because it was getting ridiculous. The man than indicated that he would be able to overnight my package and if i did not receive the package he would refund my card right away. Unfortunately, I have not received my package and I can't get in contact with anyone via email nor phone for my refund and i am now out $455.50
Please do not use this site for promtional products they are thieves.
