What can one say...here is a company that is very close within 50km and after spending hours answering all there useless questions, having them google map where I live stating "you are in our service area", calling all my contacts, signing a contract...they now claim you are out of our service area and this after they GOOGLE MAPPED IT...
When I called I asked to speaking with the Regional Manager and they refused, then they put the manager on the line and he said "Corporate Office has nothing to do with franchisee's" and I said "even a franchisee has corporate policies to live up to". I finally found the number to "head office" and they were amazed they wouldn't deliver to the area as they too had me in that stores service area.
THIS IS A STORE THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST...EASY HOME EASIER TO DEAL WITH, NO PROBLEMS IN DELIVERING TO RURAL AREA....POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL

After a rep files a rebuttal and I contact them more of the same someone will get back to you...but they don't no response even after stating "we will try resolve the issue" clearly Aaron Cares should say Aaron you don't give a crap about you or anyone else.
I was told the area manager would call...didn't, I was told I would get a call NO LATER than yesterday and no one called...not that I am surprised and when I threaten legal action they don't take it seriously do I guess we go to court...
