ABEL GARCIA NEW GENERATION PAINTING RIPPED ME OFF $5500. FOR FLOOD REPAIRS Houston Texas
ABEL GARCIA is a RIP OFF ARTIST. My Condo was flooded from Army Corp of Engineers relasing the dams without notice to the ppl. Abel Garcia gave me a Contract to spray Texture on walls...Prime & Paint all walls & ceilings Hang doors and baseboardscondo, Paint ceiling white, Walls Beige. All doors & trim replaced * painted white. Install bathrub/shower, vanity Tile bathroom floor. My texture on walls is HORRENDOUS. He sprayed a yellowish /white paint all over walls & ceiling. Installed Bathroom doors backwords. Order bedroom doors too big. Left a huge mess along with ladders, painter lights, huge extension cord, etc., etc. Promised me in my Condo by Jan 1, 2018. Then came the unanswered calls, or his crew left him, his mother in law even died. HE, ABEL GARCIA, made a deal to start paying me back $200. a week. Did not happen. Now when I call...he hangs up on me or won't answer. This guy is tall and has a hairlip. Good at what he does---Rips you off of your money!!!!
