I purchased E-bay item #572696521 from accessory export, an e-bay vendor. I have purchased items from e-bay from the last seven years and this is the first time I have ever experienced a problem.

The item(s) I purchased was a cell phone accessory kit. The advertisement said the kit came with a "leather" case. Of course, looking at the photo you cannot distinguish whether the case was leather.

I received the box of items, (approx $22 US$ incl/S&H) and when I opened the box, everything looked like items from a gumball machine.

First of all, the "leather" case was a synthetic plastic-type product, the other products were inferior as well.

I contacted the vendor to allow them to rectify the matter before leaving negative feedback... this was their response.

I told the vendor they misrepresented their products on EBay... especially the "leather" case. Their response was that they did not state it was "genuine" leather. Excuse me... LEATHER is LEATHER... a natural product... if something is NOT leather, don't say it is. Just like COTTON is COTTON, a natural fiber... you do not sell a polyester product and represent it as cotton.

I contacted EBay fraud and they have never responded to my report. I will probably shop other auctions instead of E-bay... and I WILL DEFINITELY AVOID ANYTHING FROM ACCESSORY EXPORT.

WORD TO THE WISE... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM ACCESSORY EXPORT ON EBAY. THEY ARE FRAUDS!

Our friendly customer service staff is avaliable Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm PST either via email at [email protected] or by phone at (951)687-1140 We do apologize that this buyer had a bad experience but it is our goal to make sure that every customer is 100% satisfied. This buyer purchased a kit of 7 items for a total of $22.00 including shipping, the cost to ship a box of this size is approximately $4.75. So the buyer paid $2.46 for each item purchased. We do stand behind the quality of our products, but their quality is bound to be tied to the price of the items. As for the case purchased, this item is a leather case for a cell phone. We do apologize that the buyer was not happy with the quality of the case received. We do offer a very buyer friendly return policy which would have allowed this buyer to exchange the case for another item of equal or lesser value($2.46).
