 I went online and did card to card transfers 3 because all they would let me get off my card my money a day was 300.00 so I needed to pay a debt ,and a bill plus I wanted to buy a car so I could get to work with out all the extra payments are catching bus. They let me know they were locking my account if I couldn't answer 2 security questions on the next page OK so I went to the next page and it said that I failed to answer the questions correctly and my account is now locked what happened the page didn't Even display at all so I just tried to contact them by email because I was so mad I don't know what I would've said if I had talked to the agent but I did everything they told me to do not once but 4 or 5 times before they asked for verification of my address dated within the last 30 days. Its been thirty days since this started and they kept at it resend it or send a certain type of document insurance policy oh I didn't have a pge bill in my name. A week ago they said they closed my account and was sending my money back to IRS and I told them it didn't come from IRS it came from the state and they kept saying they sending it back to where it came from but to IRS. I talked to supervisor and she kept repeating the same s**t so I asked them how long it was going to take they told me to call and talk to them. The IRS is not going to talk to me about that because that was my state tax refund.
