Do not hire this company. It is a scam. The guy with the long hair who shows up and sweet talks you Is Greg Kohn (aka Gregory Kohn, aka Itzick Kohn) he has used the name John (John Mueller) do yourself a favor and search Broward Clerk and Miami Clerk websites. He has pages and pages of not only civil cases but ongoing criminal cases for fraud. He will make you pay all the money up front then disappear. He constantly changes the name of his company. His last one was ADE Construction. he does not have a license. I think he finds a GC with real license and then operates under that until the gig is up and then moves onto the next. I found at least 5-6 different companies within the last few years.
It took me all of 5 minutes to find this company because the idiot uses same exact website design for each new company. He is a low life and somehow has managed to stay out of jail mostly b/c the system doesnt care because hr robs people with a smile, not a gun. but believe me he is dangerous. he has robbed old women of life savings.

on further review I am not sure if Greg Kohn has an affiliation with this company or not. we are still trying to determine. we apologize and are trying to delete this post
