I bought an Apple Watch Series 3 last week and they said it would be shipped in five days and it never came. I paid through PayPal and I have gotten two confirmation emails, but I am not sure that this is real or a scam. What do I do?!?! Also I tried looking at the email today and it says that the Page is unavailable

There are a number of related on-line retail websites ( Actechy.com , AF-Watch.com, Sil-Planet.com, Phonesteck.com, Awatchesworld.com, Wonderteche.com, AW-Center.com ) offering Apple products at low prices, requiring payment with either PayPal or Amazon eGift Cards to be sent to a personal Yahoo e-mail address such as "JohnSmith123 @ Yahoo.com. These websites look very professional and virtually identical with the same format, sales items, prices , lack of physical address / contact information, and most recently misleading description of PayPal terms.
Sadly, these sites exist for only a short period of time then disappear only to be replaced by identical websites with new names. Typically these on-line retailers reside in countries associated with a high percentage of fraud, use anonymous hosting services and operate behind a virtual private network to hide their identity. Buyer Beware !
