Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In a nutshell hiring this company has been one nightmare after another. First off, they had no regard for our belongings, which should of been the first sign. They treat your house like no one lives there, tools here and there, paint cans littered all around, empty or full paint cans without lids ever replaced which dried out paint, and caused a possible spill hazard. First thing they did was put polyurethane on the wood doors, closets, and window trim. This guy never cleaned or prepped the surfaces. Now I have polyurethane peeling off everything he painted. Then they spilled polyurethane on our brand new carpet which was laid a week prior. They found a box and put it over the spill in hopes we would never see it. In our bathroom we had a new counter top and sink installed prior to paint, and they got polyurethane all over the handles of the faucet, all over the counter and in the sink basin. Any painter knows you can't clean polyurethane off with water, so I have no idea why this happened. They even broke our toilet seat, I guess they stood on it instead of getting a ladder. The walls they painted were never cleaned or prepped, and there are too many imperfections to list here. These guys even used my equipment without asking. I now have tools and a ladder with paint slopped all over them. Many drips and spills on our hardwood floors. This guy is far from professional. He would jump around to different areas before having the previous area finished. Constantly asked for more money, yet did not want to be responsible for all the things he ruined. He walked off the job, then calls 70 times a day wanting more money saying we owe him. He calls relatives or whoever he can find with the same last name and harasses them as well. It's been nothing but him harassing, trying to intimidate us to pay with his words and actions.

It's going to cost us $5700 to repair everything he screwed up, including the $700 carpet he ruined. I will be taking this company to court because this is just not right. I saved every call he has made and every message he left. His original estimate was $2500, everyday he said it would be more to do things he estimated. He was paid over a thousand dollars to ruin our house, harasses us for more, and all the while not caring that it will cost $5700 to fix what he has done improperly. If this guy comes to give you an estimate, throw him out, lock the doors and know you just saved yourself from the worst painter in the business. I have photos, documents, and estimates that show his shoddy work and the costs to fix it all. I will submit those to any that ask.
