I purchased via the internet a membership for a year of unlimited access to movies and TV shows from Advance Telecom Inc.. The purchase was made last December 05, 2008. I paid thru PayPal and received confirmation that my payment was good. I was promised that once payment is confirmed, Advance Telecom Inc., will provide installation instructions for me to start enjoying unlimited access to movies and TV shows. It has been almost 2 months now and I haven't receive any word from Advance Telecom Inc.. I also sent an email to
[email protected] last January 23, 2009, which is supposedly the inquiry address for Advance Telecom Inc. if consumers have questions about their purchase, but up until today, there hasn't been any respond to my email as well.
I heard about RipOff in the net and have read the same reports such as mine. I just hope that the payment I made will be returned to me if Advance Telecom Inc. cannot provide the services they promised. Please HELP!!
