I went to see this customer Mr. John Cazzetta and viewed the items to be moved to Georgia, there was also a public storage unit Mr. Cazzetta took me to view which had brand new appliances in it that Mr. Cazzetta said were for the house he was moving out of but could not afford to put the appliances in as he was loosing the house. Mr. Cazzetta claimed he was going to sell the appliances in the public storage unit but if he could not sell them he would have to move them to Georgia along with the rest of his household goods.
The price Advanced moving & Storage quoted Mr. Cazzetta did not include moving the appliances in the public storage unit and Mr. Cazzetta was fully aware that Advanced Moving & Storage would charge him for moving the appliances if he did not sell them. As for the delivery time. It is impossible to give an exact delivery time as when drivers are traveling across the country their are a number of things that can delay the driver.
Moving companies do not give a exact time for arrival only a window which Mr. Cazzetta was given. As for the statement the driver was not allowed to leave until 1:00 pm that is false, unfortunatly the driver was late arriving to our terminal due to personal reasons, this still did not impact the delivery schedule of Mr. Cazzetta's items.
As for damages, Advanced Moving & Storage did not receive a claim for any damages from Mr. Cazzetta. This report against Advanced Moving & Storage is without merrit. This is an attempt by Mr. Cazzetta to receive services for his appliances in which he could not sell for free and when Advanced Would not deliver them for free and attempt to ruin the reputation of a good company.
