Advantage Floor Care Bueter Corp was fired for no reason or lied to but i have inside info about company Lawerance Indiana
we will start by the style of which they use the workers. the ones that are good dont get a raise they get larger supermarkets to clean.working in a supermarket is hard enough because you get stockers who have no care for floorcare even though their company is paying for it. some are worse than others. well being in the navy i was in pressure spots. i can do things 10 times over if needed. the only problem was i was used by terry legg to save his own a**. he never shared any of his so called props with me. i was doing his work for him in some cases. he would go to shopping elsewhere while i worked. he could have helped me but he felt doing nothing would be the right thing to do. later on i was used from the ghetto of the eastside all the way to carmel in big stores and bad situations. i took care of all them with no problems. when i asked for a raise they gave me a cheap 25 cent raise. made be mad but i start slow down the game a bit and still was a good worker. i still was bounced around all over the place. your special well if im special pay like special dont use my navy skills against me. is your company that weak yes. anyway 1 they hire xcons and drog addicts.
2 the managers are sleeping or high on pills at night
3 treatment of employees is unfair and in breach of labor laws
4 they cheat the cleaning of stores by getting to sites late
5 they give one good day of service per week
6 the new office people have to be paid so workers pay for them out of own pockets by cutting hours on hours worked illegally and driving people to work sites 8 bucks a day per person which is illegal because people are not on clock
7 no msds forms for employees using chemicals unsafe as of march 2009.
8 drug usage by employees witnessed on route to work
9 shoplifting by employees witnessed on work sites
10 call dial one in greenwood or preffered they take care of you

The new company bueter corparation has not been in business for 25 years. They fired all the employees and hired new ones that can be controlled and they can pay them less. They have been in business for only 3 years. Do they do a good job who knows if they lie about the experience then i would not trust them.
