Advantel was to provide telemarketing services for Pol Enterprises, Inc in accordance with an agreement. The service Pol Enterprises, Inc has purchased was to set up appointments of interested businessess to meet with Pol Enterprises to discuss possible services that a potential client was interested in purchasing. Each appointment was charged at a rate of $55. The agreement weve signed was for 25 appointments payable upfront in the amount of $1,375, plus $195 for the call list totaling $1,570.

Unfortunately, Advantel has violated the appointment setting in accordance with the agreement. In addition, Advantel has provided invaluable appointments because the solicited businessess were not willing to meet, some even claimed they weren't aware of any appointment. We have contacted Advantel numerous times to explain and resolve the situation. Unfortunately they failed to respond to our concerns and continued telemarketing campaign even though they were asked several times to postpone it.

In addition to that, they kept scheduling the appointments at a lightning speed rate 4-5 a day, even though the contract states 2 appointments per week, and even though we have asked them to slow down numerous times, as it would be impossible to meet 4 or 5 different people scattered in Chicago metropolitan area in one day. We feel the service we've received from Advantel is close to fraudulent.

It seems the businesses they've called were literally "forced" to meet with us, in many cases they didnt need or want any services. We believe the appointments were even scheduled in cases a client didnt even want to meet but they scheduled it anyways.

Before "going out" to an appointment we called every single lead we've received from Advantel. Out of 25 we were able to attend on only 1 appointment, as only 1 client was actually interested in meeting with us. All 24 businesses were not willing to meet as they claimed they dont want or need any services. Therefore, it is automatically assumed that Advantel failed to provide a service they were paid for to provide.

After numerous tries of contacting Advantel, we have sent a letter asking them for refund in the amount of $1,375, that covers the total of 24 appointments. They failed to respond. We feel that a company like Advantel is taking advantage of people looking for quality service, instead they get useless service and waste their money. The company does not want to refund money. They are offering a credit. We do not want any services from this company, as we know the are useless.

Please beware of this company, they will take your monay but will not provide good useful services. In additioin to that, They have very poor and slow responding technical support. Complete waste of money and cheating of customers who could use their money somewhere else and get what they pay for.
