BBB Definition: Customer Service Issues - Claims alleging unsatisfactory customer service, including personnel's failure to provide assistance in a timely manner, failure to address or respond to customer dissatisfaction, unavailability for customer support, and/or inappropriate behavior or attitude exhibited by company staff On Feburary 28, 2007 Tim Ballering of "Affordable Rentals Associates, LLC" mailed a invoice adding a Service Charge for $147.22 to the incomplete work he has not done! March 3rd, 2007 Now Tim Ballering of "Affordable Rentals Associates, LLC" Sends me a invoice for $20.00 Unit Fee for 3307 North 21st Street. After I have severed all ties with this company! I Now sent him a bill for $15,300.00 on Feb 12th and with a service (just like he dose) on the Mar 12, 2007 For Customer Service Issues - Claims alleging unsatisfactory customer service, including personnel's failure to provide assistance in a timely manner, failure to address or respond to customer dissatisfaction, unavailability for customer support, and/or inappropriate behavior or attitude exhibited by company staff All filed with The "Better Business Bureau Of Wisconsin"
