Affordable Rentals Associates Ripoff dishonest Fraudulent Billing Milwaukee Wisconsin
I have filed a Formal complaint with the "Better Business Bureau Of Wisconsin" Case #44026509 Affordable Rentals Promised to managed my prorties (10 unist) and respond to my tenan(s) for a fee. Well the only thing that was managed was to run them down to the ground and almost forced me into becoming a slumlord like Tim Ballering. The big change was when I looked at one unit and he had a "for Rent" in the window and told me it was all done. Well after seing no window in the bathroom I must disagree. Tim Ballering of Affordable Rentals, LLC was advertising my properties ready for rent that were inhabitable, driving my properties lower in value, also furnaces were not maintaied for approx. 3 yrs, no filters with wires hanging out they also painted over my natual woodork to bring the value of my property down! In one unit #1 of 25XX south 11th Street they rented the apt with no smoke detectors and a clogged drain in bathtub. Untit #3 had a broken faucet in the kitchen sink, no storm windows and torn screens. NOw apt #4 Had a hole in the wall in the bathroom where thy supposely fixed a leak. Now 33XX North 21st Steet had no key for there apt. and complained numouos times about no heat with no responce and they would not give my phone number to Tenants! Now He rented my apt #4 to a daughter of one of his tenanats, with the mother being Co-signer well he left her name off the judgement and proposely misspelled the co-signers last name! Now I can't collect even on a judgement! Tim ballering even sent 2 evictions notices to my tenants after I terminated his serviecs!! Please check with BBB Of wiscons for this info

BBB Definition: Customer Service Issues - Claims alleging unsatisfactory customer service, including personnel's failure to provide assistance in a timely manner, failure to address or respond to customer dissatisfaction, unavailability for customer support, and/or inappropriate behavior or attitude exhibited by company staff On Feburary 28, 2007 Tim Ballering of "Affordable Rentals Associates, LLC" mailed a invoice adding a Service Charge for $147.22 to the incomplete work he has not done! March 3rd, 2007 Now Tim Ballering of "Affordable Rentals Associates, LLC" Sends me a invoice for $20.00 Unit Fee for 3307 North 21st Street. After I have severed all ties with this company! I Now sent him a bill for $15,300.00 on Feb 12th and with a service (just like he dose) on the Mar 12, 2007 For Customer Service Issues - Claims alleging unsatisfactory customer service, including personnel's failure to provide assistance in a timely manner, failure to address or respond to customer dissatisfaction, unavailability for customer support, and/or inappropriate behavior or attitude exhibited by company staff All filed with The "Better Business Bureau Of Wisconsin"
