aflorist.net, Lovin' Blooms, lovinblooms.com, ftd.com/lovinblooms has very abusive "customer service" abused & mistreated Macon Georgia
This is the website of the Better Business Bureau Report on Lovin' Blooms Florist company in Macon, GA. They are apallingly rude to their customers and even more apalling is their use of the Lord, Christ, and God as their personal defense. Also, they use the "handicapped worker" excuse as a way of getting out of their inefficiencies.
I, like the other person who posted here, had a minor complaint regardin their service. I sent a beautiful centerpiece to my aunt for Christmas. They refused to tell her whom it was from.
I sent an e-mail regarding my unsatisfaction with the way the sender information was withheld. My aunt had to make many long distance phone calls to various family members before my mother contacted me to find out if I had sent it. I love to send flowers for special occaisions and my mother knew this.
I wasn't asking for my money back; only stating my complaint. In their reply e-mail, I was told that I lacked the common sense to fill out their order form the way they wanted it filled out.
After going back and forth on e-mails, I contacted Tracy herself - the owner. She hung up on me three times and threatened to call the police if I called or e-mailed my complaint again because of harassment. Then she proceeded to call me ignorant for not knowing about internet order forms.
I will never do business, or refer business, to this company again. I only wish I had done a little research before purchasing and sending my flowers. Please visit the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint if you've had problems with this company also!
