I have sunbscribed to AGORA's Ricards GOLD portfolio.
He had a special offer for $ 1500 subscriptions for 2 years with NO REFUND
I called in and aksed I want a subscription with FULL REFUND or PRO RATED refund.
Sales rep gave me 2 years sunscription for $ 3000 with a condition that I can cancel in 60 days & get FULL refund, after 60 days I get prorated refund.
I called in to cancel my service after 12 months to get REFUND
I was ABSOLUTLY told NO REFUND. After 60 days NO REFUND
I explaiened, I paid $ 3000 v/s 1500 to get full refund subscription. All my argumnets went to deaf ears. there is NO higherups then the supervisor at the place ( she said - she is the final authority)
She refused to give corporate officers names, legal departments address or any contact information for higher ups.
when I asked I want to send a legal notice, I was told let your lawyers find out where to send legal NOTICE.
All custoners service reps are trained to DRAIN out custoners with hitting a dead wall
She refused to send my original conversation which they say they record. She said I subscribed on line & their forms contain NO refund policy.
I told her ( so called MANAGER of customer service) I called in & did not subscribed on line. she Contuneously repated There is "NO REFUND, what else can I do for you?"
