Air Turbo, LLC Unauthorized Credit card charged Chino California
This company fraudulently charged my credit card. I've never heard of them nor visited their website. Luckily I caught the charge on my credit card statement before it was fully billed and filed a dispute with my credit card as soon as i saw the transaction. 9 days later i get a package on my door and it's a Ionic Pro Turbo.
I immediately call their customer service and question how the hell they received by billing info and charged my card. They attempted to look up my account by phone number which obviously no record was found since i've never submitted it to them. Then i tell them to look up the order via order #. They found the order and then i demand a refund which takes them over 10 minutes to process. They put me on hold twice for 5 minutes each. They then have the nerve to upsell me and said if i decide to keep the product they'll knock of $20 dollars.
Then, they said they are unable to refund my shipping which was $39.90 which is totally outrageous. They even don't have a pre-paid return shipping label to send back to them the product.
I asked to speak to a manager and they fed me some BS lines of saying they are not in the office and they left at 12pm and there is no other superior employee I can speak to. I told them I will call back at a later time and asked when they will be in, and gave me another BS line.
This is a total bogus company and a rip off. They are true scammers!
