Air Turbo, Never sent product, no contact, but they took money from bank acct Internet
On March 20, 2008 I had ordered two Ionic Pro Turbos from Air Turbo online. I was billing the inital $39.90 for shipping which was fine. I had added extra for express shipping which was to be 3-5 days. After 1 week I called the company and got a voice mail. I have left numerous messages with no return calls. I have also tried to go to the web site to contact their customer service, but all links take you to the order form page.
On March 29th I recieved an email with a tracking number and a note saying all orders are shipped with the USPS. So i tried to track the package only to see that there is no record of this shipment. So i called the post office and they confirmed that there is no record of this shipment.
Again over a dozen failed attempts to contact this company. So I called my bank to disput the charges as I have paid for shipping on something never sent to me. April 18th I seen that there is another charge to my bank account for $119.90. The agreement was monthly payments of $60.00 so why the high increase. So again I called my bank to dispute the charges as I have yet to recieve anything from this company.
If anyone has a working phone number where i will not just get a voice mail please let me know. I want them to cancel all future payments and cancel my order. Just beware before you buy stuff online to make sure their customer service links work.
