Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
After reading the RipOff Report dated Jan 15 from Brian O., I want everyone to know that I have had a similar experience and know of scores of workers from San Diego Door and Window that have suffered through Alan Holsapple's continued string of non-payment of wages. Of further concern is we heard that Alan Holsapple may not have paid out deductions that have been withheld from earlier paychecks. For the last several pay periods, SDDW / Alan Holsapple did not cut payroll checks. Instead, he promised payment of back wages "when he received other checks". However, we have learned that he received at least some of these checks and still no wages were paid. We have also learned that many people are suffering who worked very hard for him to finish SDDW jobs with the hope of getting paid. He is indifferent, does not seem to care about his employees, and I do not trust him. He still owes me a large sum of past-due wages, and he acts indignant when I ask when I will be paid! I just feel it is my responsibility to let other people know of how this company does business.

The recently submitted rebuttal by Alan Holsapple claiming the original San Diego Door & Window Ripoff Report is untrue and less than valid.  Simply look to the Public Records of the San Diego Superior Court for Judgements against San Diego Door and Window / Alan Holsapple.

#3REBUTTAL Owner of company

When the San Diego Regional Airport Authority withheld $200,000 owed to the company in Jan 2009, many employees were affected, however they were all compensated by the performance bond on the project. No one that was legitimately owed money remained unpaid.
