I was not there to witness this myself. However Sir, it is very hard to believe half of it. I honestly believe the Service Department is hardly what it use to be back in the later 1990s, and earlier 2000s. Yes, it is likely in my opinion that if you take your vehicle in for something, you might end up leaving with something that you did not want. Such as another repair down the road. They love to say they could not duplicate a problem, or whatever your concern is. The vehicle is supposed to be like that. Comparing a Escort, or something to a Mustang. I do not get in any persons' private life without them inviting me. I know there was a person there that is supposed to be a Christian, and probably even a Minster or something. He told me something hinted that spun my mind around. After having issues with the Service Department I ended up taking a vehicle to another dealership with outstanding service. Unfortunately, today they are closed, and have been closed for a period of time. The part that I cannot honestly believe if how you was treated especially by Mr. Vigil. Mr. Allan Vigil is a very great man in more ways than one. On the other hand. I do not care for his son. Because in the length of time, which was several years. He spoke to me one time. What he said to me was the most pointless thing of them all. On the other hand I have had Mr. Vigil talking to a group of people. I was completely honored that he interrupted the conversation to praise me on something that I thought was nothing special. That is how much of a caring money he is. IF your story is true. I really hate that you had to go through that. I can only imagine how hard of an experience it was.

I don't believe for one second that anyone at Alan Vigil Ford acted this way. I bought my Expedition from them and have never had any problems with them. Plus, I don't mean to be rude, but your story sounds a bit far-fetched, totally unbelievable.

I have known the Vigil family for most of my life. I have always known Mr. Vigil to go the extra mile for his customers. This man is not only a pillar of the community, but he is also a courageous VIETNAM VETERAN. I cannot believe that he would treat anyone this way, let alone a disabled veteran. You talk about charity cases, Mr. Vigil did whatever he could to help the wife of a great man who gave his life to the dealership. It is so hard to believe that Mr. Vigil would stand for someone disrespecting the very people who made him, his customers. There is no way he could be one of the top dealerships in the state by treating people this way. I cannot say that this situation did not happen, but I cannot believe it could have happened.

You could have probably been a little less obvious in your prejudice and gotten a lot further. It sounds as if you don't think much of threatening to kill people.

I would strongly suggest that next time you have a dispute with local businesspeople that you not scream racial slurs and threaten to kill them.
