I wouldn't be surprised if this is how you were treated at Alan Webb Nissan. As a first time new car buyer that purchased from that dealership, I too felt as if I was ripped off. Stewart the finance manager, as well as Cameron the general manager, are only concerned about making money. They'd probably sell their own mother to the devil for some cash. Everytime I call either of them about a concern post purchase, they ensure me that they'll call back. Of course, they never do. I was suppose to get money back from a cancelled warranty over a month ago (Stewart didn't mention that all new nissans come with a standard warranty of course). Guess what, still no money, and still no answers. I have several other similar frustrations. Bottom line, these people care about you until you sign your name on the contract.

Once again, this unhappy buyer...who will never be happy...even when offered a full refund spouts off again. The buyer illegally records her phone conversations and please do contact her if you would like to hear them...You will hear that our assertions are true and correct. She was offered a full refund...but once again got such a great deal she did not want to give it back. We are glad to have the opportunity to work with you. We will prove our commitment to complete owner satisfaction.

The Buyer of this vehicle did come into the Nissan dealership and did look the truck over inside and out. The Truck admittedly was listed with several options that it did not have. ie. Bed liner, keyless entry etc. This was mistakenly listed in error on-line by the folks who put our vehicles online for us. The buyer called the following day to ask what we were going to do to about it...I told her there are two ways a dealership can handle a situation like this...A dealer can tell you too bad you bought it...Which most do! Or, they can make it right by refunding your full purchase price...Which is what I offered to do. I told her to bring the vehicle back and we would refund her every penny she paid... She did not want to do this for more than one reason. The biggest being she got an exceptional buy on the truck! She paid well below wholesale even without the options that were listed online and additionally paid well below the advertised price. We do not have a policy of filling the tanks on used vehicles. We did put $20 in gas in the tank which did not quite fill it up. In some cases we advertise "Print this ad and bring it with you for a full tank" We do this to make sure people are working with the Internet Department and that we can identify which Internet web site they found us on. She did not print the ad and bring it with her.... We are a large dealership who strives to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with a vehicle purchase and service. We even have a 1,000 mile 30 day warranty on all our pre-owned vehicles. We understand that there are some people who may have personal issues who will never be happy regardless of the service they are provided or deal they are offered. We are a full service dealership with a Service department open 6 days a week and full service body shop. We would be honored to prove our commitment to our customers' satisfaction to you. In an effort to ensure the vehicles in Alan Webb Nissan's inventory have what is listed online we have physically inspected each and every vehicle and ensured they are listed accurately. Visit us at alanwebbnissan.com In the event a mistake is made as we are all STILL Human. Alan Webb Nissan will make every effort to remedy the error. Our mission is to be the #1 Nissan dealership in the Portland area

Come on, YOU bought and paid for a car you never looked at or drove? All you had to do was sit in. Remember, if a car guy's lips are moving, he's lying.
