I too had a bunch of additions added to my loan from this dealership. Upon trying to get things straightened out the next day, Stewart word for word said "You could call Alan Webb himself, but you're not going to get anything back." Well, he was right, I called and left a message on Alan Webb's voicemail (If he actually listens to it) and didn't really get any response. The one thing I could cancel, the warranty (because Stewart also forgot to mention that all nissans come with a standard warranty). I cancelled the warranty and was suppose to get the money credited to my loan over a month ago. I've called and gone in to Alan Webb several times, but the employees can't seem to handle a task as simple as calling a customer back. I definitely will not be buying from this dealership again and I will forever recommend that others stay away as well. I just don't understand why the dealership wasn't willing to work with me, better to make me happy today and get more of my money in the future. I'm only 26, with a great job, and will be buying several more cars in the future. Surely not from them though.

Maggie was clearly upset and had difficulty communicating with a past employee. When I spoke with her she was very nice and appologetic for having posted her comments. She felt ample reason to post her feelings. However, when she did communicate her concerns I was able to identify her concerns and address them. Maggie is now a happpy customer. Give Alan Webb Nissan the opportunity to work with you on your vehicle needs and you will see that we do want your business and will work hard to earn it.

Please take the time to read the paperwork on your purchase, looking specifically for cancellation instructions. I can sympathize with your situation, as I am currently going through a similar problem with this same exact dealership. For example, Gap protection can be cancelled within 60 days for a 100% refund. After 60 days, you can get a pro-rata refund. The telephone number of the company providing the gap insurance should be Safe-guard Products Intl and their contact info is at the very bottom of Safe-Gap form you signed. This should also be true for the other items. Its not suprising that the dealer/finance guy does not want you to cancel because that is taking money out of their pocket.
