Whatever you do definitely never work for this individual or do business with this company. I worked for Merchant Alliance Payment Solutions for 4 months and was never paid for 75% of the work I did. Not only was I ripped off from my monthly residuals for every account I opened for them, but I also was never paid for equipment I sold or any of the commission I made. They kept almost everything and only threw me a bone here and there to keep me turning in accounts.Overall I estimate that I was ripped off for at least $5000.Besides residuals and commission, they also stole a $400 check from me that a customer sent to me for commission on a machine I sold and they took the check and kept every penny. When I told them I was quitting because I couldn't work for free anymore and was done chasing money I had to come to terms with I was never going to get, I was not only threatened but also Alex Guirgius (the CEO) , took the time to call every contact I had( by sneaking into my e mail account) and spent weeks calling all of them and attempting to ruin my name with them. Mind you that these were not contacts I made from his leads, but contacts I had previously from my experience in the field that I kept with me and in contact with while working there. When I left they caught wind that I was going into business for myself and called everybody that left with me (also due to getting ripped off)and offered to pay them double what I was going to pay them. I had an agent that I dealt with who left the business altogether because they called the agents house so much and bothered them about the situation that they decided the business wasn't for them. It creaped the agent out that a stranger was calling them to bad mouth me and they didn't know what to do. 

Not only did these people rip me off, but they ripped off all four of the employees that they had and instead of facing any of them they just upped and moved they're office and left a bunch of guys with families without a penny. Mind you we were they're very first employees and broke our backs trying to make the business successsful. They even went as far as to steal 3 accounts from me that they found the information for within my e-mails and submitted them before I had the chance. They even falsified lead sheets and submitted them to the parent company that I opened up my business with to say they were they're accounts. 


Never trust or do business with Merchant Alliance Payment Solutions. They not only cheat they're employee's, but also cheat they're merchants. They will get you to sign the contract and bill you for months without even sending you the machine you need to use to start doing business. I had a customer who I signed up specifically who called me for months because they were getting billed but couldn't process a transaction and missed they're entire busy season and when they tried to leave were called and threatened to be charged a $1200 cancellation fee if they did leave, AND STILL NEVER GOT THEY'RE MACHINE!! I felt so bad for this business that I sent them to the parent company for help and they verified that Merchant Alliance received the machine 3 months earlier and simply didn't send it out to the customer. Another person that they watched starve for no other reason than that they are thieves and crooks and I give fair warning to NEVER do business with Alex Guirgius and Merchant Alliance Payment Solutions- PERIOD. They are heartless thieves and don't diserve to be in business. Alex Guirgius will take advantage of any and everybody who he comes in contact and if it doesn't happen right away it will definitely happen before all is said and done. Take it from someone who knows. If your wondering why I am not suing for my money it's simple- I don't have a physical copy of my contract with they because they literally moved the office and my desk with all of my belongings in it and took everything I had for work and stole that too. I learned a big lesson from this and that's that any crook can open a business and it's up to sites that circulate they're practices like rip-off report.com to decide how long they stay in business. Only our voices can expose them, so hopefully people take my advice and know I didn't waste an hour of my time if I didn't think it may prevent someone else from getting scammed like me and my co workers did. I will give you this one opportunity to make things right with us. Call me directly at your convienience and we will discuss both what you think we owe you and what is factual.

After this opportunity there will be no more. I will continue to maintain that nor myself or my company has done any wrong to you. Since you are so convinced we have, then I will allow you the opportunity to discuss it with me and if there is any merit in what you say, we will work out whatever we have to.

As far as these rediculous posts you have up such as the website and this site, good for you. As far as Im concerned you can put up another ten sites and spend countless hours working to discredit me and my company, but the fact remains, we here at Merchant Alliance will not suffer from it.

So in closing, if you wish to speak with me and have the opportunity to smooth whatever issues you have out, so be it. If not, so be it as well

This can simply be settled by doing what's right, and when that happens I will let it reflect in a future update. Send me the earnings that you owe me as my information is and has been the same all along, and I will be sure to let the reader know that it has been taken care of and was simply a misunderstanding. Also be sure to retract your false and inaccurate suggestions that I had anything to do with any dishonest business practices, that you are obviously stating without merit. I just want to be paid for my work and you know that you haven't done that. Your company has month after month collected my residual payment as per the accounts I have opened, and the only thing you did state that was correct was that I do have a family and they don't deserve to have suffered from your lack of honesty in not paying me my wages earned as per our agreement. When you pay me what I earned when working for your company, then I will update this report. Lastly, you have no right to attempt to assassinate my character by plaguing my name with talks of drug use, and even though you admit yourself it is all speculation, it is a terrible way to rebut  my report of your company not paying me for 5 months of work. When payment is received, I will let the reader's know. Feel free to post the cashed checks to this report once I receive and cash them and please don't attempt to present the 3 measly checks in the amounts of $400, $300, $400 that you paid me over the 5 months when I worked for you already.

Keith, if you want to cut it in this industry, you should try focusing your efforts on your business and not make attempts at discrediting me.

This is something that you will never accomplish. I will waste no further time posting rebuttals, as the initial allegations are 100% ludicrous. I understand that you want to go on your own and start your own business and seriously I wish you the best.

My company including myself have done no wrong to you, in fact I taught you most everything you will need to know to be a successful ISO, keywords "most everything". Focusing on negativity as a way of carrying yourself will not get you far.

For this reason my company continues to grow and the businesses and merchants we service continue to support us.

Basically saying you can say all you want about delusional negativity, but like you said the proof is in the pudding. Do the right thing in business and business does the right thing by you.

Despite your frail attempts at discrediting both myself and my company, this will be our strongest year yet. Why and How you ask? Because we do the right thing where it counts and treat the people that do business with us with the honesty, integrity and knowledge that will help them prosper.

Restating the Obvious

I couldn't have wished for more. Now that the supposed"CEO" of Merchant Alliance Payment Solutions has finally spoken, you will be able to see for yourselves the type of FISHY business dealings this company promotes. Even though the "drug problem" card is always damning in tarnishing someones image, it is completely without merit, as stated by Alex Guirgius in his rebuttal. Of course he says he can't prove it, it is a first to my ears period. I will not waste the readers time justifying this any further. As far as anything else that was said about attempting to pay me my money or anything else, it is also a lie as my address that was given in the application (where my earnings could have easily been sent), and my cell phone # has absolutely stayed the same. I have numerous text messages of back and forth blah, blah, blah, between myself and Alex Guirgius. I went through the trouble of publishing a website with the phone transcripts between us the day I informed him I no longer could work for him because I can't work for free and he clearly states that he was now wiping his a*s with the check he said on this site he was trying to pay me with. I challenge anyone from Merchant Alliance Payment Solutions to provide any information showing that I was paid for my work there.

Then you will see what type of guy this is and company he is running. The facts are never far from the truth.
Please save yourself the time and hardship of being ripped off by this scam company ran by a crook.

I enclosed 1 snapshot of the text messages that you can find on the site I created that contain the rest of the messages. You have to excuse that the shots appear backwards because I took a picture of my phone with my computer camera. I will save the reader the time of having to read it backwards and make sure to pay attention to the phone number as it is of course the same one as Alex Guirgius stated himself was HIS cell phone while attempting to rebute my report. The messages start with me pleading for him to send the machine that I put in my oricinal report saying that he wouldn't send the merchant and they kept calling me to try and help. I had already given up at this point and decided to cut my losses and came to the realization I wouldn't get my money and this was not a credible company by any means.

The text message reads: "ur delusional, we actually had a f***in check for u, that as we speak I am wiping my a*s with.If u had the balls to call me like a man and talk about this."

This is nothing but a case of a disgruntled employee that could not cut it in this industry and wishes to slander my company Merchant Alliance Payment Solutions and myself personally. This employee worked for us for approximately 3 months. During this time we had serious suspicions that Keith Symanski ( the ex employee who posted this slanderous statement) had a serious drug problem. Although we could not prove anything, we basically wished to distance ourselves from this kind of element as this is not what our company represents. As far as this poor excuse for a person claiming he was never paid, I simply can say we have the canceled checks to prove that we were paying both him and our other employees.

Keith Symanski was contacted after he basically stopped showing up to the office for a period of about 2 weeks, so that he may pick up his final check and we could part ways. Upon this attempt to contact him, we discovered his cell phone number was disconnected and we had no means to contact him.

I really hope this young man Keith Symanski can find help for his drug problems and maybe clean up his life a bit, as he has a family. After saying that my company or myself can not be held responsible for the innapropriate actions of this person Keith Symanski. We had many problems with this employee and even about 90% of the accounts he had signed up for merchant services thru us have since complained of his dishonest business practices.

I wish to state again very clearly, we at Merchant Alliance Payment Solutions including myself Alex Guirgius and all our employees have absolutely nothing to do with this person Keith Symanski and his dishonest business practices.

We strive to offer our customers with an alternative to people who do business like Keith Symanski, when it comes to merchant services. We pride ourselves in 100% honest business practices with full disclosure of rates and what charges will be incurred upon us setting up a merchant account.
