Alex Sanchez the President of the American Bankers Association believes that the Due Process rights of homeowners should be taken away. This is easy for a person who is the president of the American Bankers Association and am sure receives a fine salary for spewing such propaganda.
These scam artists planned out the current housing crisis where banks expose themselves to 10% risk (if at all) at closing and then sell the note for face value receiving all of their money from pension and retirement funds who bought all the toxic mortgages.
Now, they are trying to take real hard money assets such as houses and land. They did this in England before the revolutionary war, they did this in the colonies that caused the revolutionary war, and they did this in the 1930s putting people out of their homes and farms.
Scammed by the banks and now they want to remove the judicial process.
