All Seasons Contracting cam to my door. My first indication something wasn't right was this guy who smelled like he coulden't get enough blood in his alcohol content. Older guy and a younger guy with him. The younger of the two approached me and explained. (Were assigned to the area to help people get full replacement roofs at no cost.) I know thats not possible I told him. I started to give him a rough way. This old guy gets out of this big diesel ford . He introduces himself as the head inspector. Explains they work for my insurance company. He didn't know if I qualified. Asked if I had time for the free inspection.

Asked if they were bonded? He explained they were and had an A rating at the bbb. no open complaints . Said they were helping people all up and down Hofmeister , named a few other near by streets. Told me it wasn't costing any one a penny out of pocket. I asked if they had a ladder , They did not says he was doing this for years and could see storm damage from the ground. Played along really started to feed into it. He walks around my house nodding and going hmmm ah huh . Asking me how long I had noticed this and that?

Ended up at the end telling me he could get it all all the way around the whole house . And if I act fast really fast. I should be able to get new something or another at no cost as well. By this point I felt my intelligence was being insulted. Never the less I'm open minded.

My life time friend is an adjuster for an insurance company I don't carry as they cost to much. Though it would be a great way to get a natural opinion. Had him take a look . He saw a lifted shingle or two, Not torn not loose enough to qualify my roof . A few dings in my gutters from my tree branches smacking it . And my steel siding had no weather related damage.

He however said this old drunks name is Mark A professional Storm Chaser and insurance run up claims night mirror. Described others with the same company .Told me be ware of frauds like that. This guy is forever trying to waste insurance company time on pany any claims . Said a lot of people fall for the scam. I was lucky as he could have cost me my policy.

Told me they were a big scam in Illinois. I checked the BBB. Sure enough they are grade F with revoked accreditation . This link will point that out

The Real Connection Is the Office manager at the Grade F All Seasons . Brandi Sampson. She is listed as Office Manager in Il. Im Mo she is listed as the President of the Organization. It looks Like they hid a dummy Corporation In Missouri While they ripped off Il. Now they just drive across the water and rip off some more innocent people.I intend on making the BBB in Missouri as well as the Attorney General Aware. Seems even the Attorney General In Il. MadaganHeavely Fined them and than ordered them not to do Home Improvement or Restorations in Il. Info At This Link

Lst it seems all should be ware. They do come back to meet your adjuster. They are in hope the adjuster writes a check so they can pick it up and never come back to do the work. Wonder how many people have fallen for it. Ive seen signs of theirs in yards for months and months haven't seen no roofs or siding. All be ware Shady things with these guys. They Must be doing good they drive $60,000 trucks to come to your door to impress and dazzle you! A company that provides vehicles for their head people to drive drunk. Great presentation people but no dice.

This company is a joke. I had them knock and knock at my door then I finally gave in and listened to what they had to say. I gave in because it sounded like a good idea. Well it was to good to be true.

I gave the check and they did my roof and siding. Since they did my roof and siding I've had inspectors come over and loom and they tell me they used the cheapest stuff possible and it wouldn't last long. Ive had water coming through the roof and siding has been falling off. I've contacted this company to fix the problem and they simply reject to do anything to fix the problem.

They also damaged walls and installation in the roof costing me thousands. They ruined the window wraps and trim around doors  and didnt even bother to fix them! would warn you to not use this company becase they will do the same to you!  they will probaby comment back with some off the wall lie!

First let me introduce myself. I am Jared. I had my roof done by All Seasons Contracting a month or so ago. It has been brought to my attention that an upset past employee of theirs has bad mouthed them here on Ripoff Report. Speaking with the Office Mgr and Owner I had this clarified before they ever were to work on my home I wanted the straight truth. See, almost a year ago a company came through after a storm and they appeared to be all together. Meaning; an "A" BBB rating, a local office for 5 years and they put a roof up down the street from me. Well, months went by and my wife and I never got our roof. We would call periodically and they would tell us it will be another 4 - 6 weeks. Initially we were told 6 to 8 weeks. So every month or so we were told the same thing IF we actually got a hold of someone. They (Countrywide Shingle & Siding ) had never called us. We always called them. Never even returned our calls except a few times. Their communication sucked! You won't have that problem with All Seasons! After growing very frustrated and impatient with Countrywide I went online and searched for similar stories involving the same company ( Countrywide Shingle & Siding LLC ). Later discovered they were based out of Colorado and was a company called Colorado Roofers ( Jack Jones, proprietor ). In one of the links I saw communication with Bonita Cornute of Fox 2 News, St. Louis, MO. I emailed her and a few weeks later she called. I told her my story and  they came out and did a story on us and a few others families that had gotten taken (http://fox2now.com/2012/03/21/countrywide-shingle-and-siding-breach-of-contract/). After that aired Bonita got a few phone calls from some roofers wanting to donate the materials and labor and give a few of Countrywide's victims a new roof! ALL SEASONS CONTRACTING was the FIRST to call Mrs. Cornute! We spoke with their owner whom came by our house and arranged everything the following week! Fox 2 News came out and did a follow up story the same day they were putting the roof on (http://fox2now.com/2012/04/24/contact-2-roofing-contractors-who-care/). I didn't think people and/or companies like this existed anymore. I was so happy and so relieved and no longer had to worry about my roof leaking and destroying my families home. I have an almost 2 y/o boy and a 2 month old baby girl that I need to keep a roof over... As a parent you worry about these things. ALL SEASONS CONTRACTING washed that worry away! They are great people and communicate with you every step of the way! Before I even let them give me a free roof I researched them as well and found this Ripoff Report. I also asked them for references and they sent me this information:

References
Judy Crider of Wachtel Ave., St. Louis, MO 63125 - 314-631-7349
Robert Croak of Sutherland Ave., St. Louis, MO 63109 - 314-481-6247
Peggy Phelandzic of Marseille Dr., St. Louis, MO 63129 - 314-740-9455
Geraldine Miller of Ewell Dr., St. Louis, MO 63137 - 314-869-2860

Call them and make your own decision. One bad review is just that... ONE. Out of nearly a THOUSAND satisfied area customers. From my experience Ripoff report won't remove posts that have either no proof or fact behind them just because it is a complaint period. They like all businesses are in it to make money. If All Seasons paid them enough they would take the complaint off or alter what it shows via google search. With the BBB All Seasons Contracting has an "A" rating and have resolved every complaint they have ever had.

Mind you about these complaints some people are never happy... All they do is complain about life and others. Here is a great quote that puts things in perspective: "Don't complain about the snow on your neighbor's roof when your own doorstep is unclean." - Confucius

If you have any questions about anything call All Seasons Contracting at 314-843-3600. They will be more than happy to give you answers as they did me! May peace be with you! God Bless.

Thank you for attention!
You and your time are greatly appreciated,
Jared

Response to Report #686410

Sun, February 27, 2011

My name is Dave Mason.  I am Customer Service Manager for All Seasons Contracting, Inc.  I would like to take this opportunity to refute the claims made by Johnie B. in Report #686410.

First, I would like to thank Johnie B. for the facts he did get correct.  We are in fact Insured and Bonded.  We do have an "A" Rating with the BBB in Missouri.  Our rating in Illinois is the the result of one complaint lodged by a client who filed in in an attempt to avoid releasing the final check from the insurance company.  The Attorney General ruled her claim unfounded.  He did find a minor issue with the paperwork that we were using and that was corrected and we were fined.

We have in fact helped at least four other home owners on Hoffmeister alone.  We have also helped more than 800 homeowners in St. Louis alone in 2010, and yet not one of them have reported anything but satisfaction.  Almost all of those were done with no out-of-pocket expense.

Johnie B. is right, we do meet with the adjusters on behalf of the home owner.  We have a great working relationship with almost every adjuster we meet with.  Of course, there are very few exceptions.    I just wonder if Johnie's "life time friend" that is an adjuster with an insurance company that he does not carry as they cost too much, might have put him up to this because of a personal vendetta he may have with us.  When you are as successful as we are, sometimes people take unfair shots at you.

I also question why Johnie would have a different insurance company adjuster inspect his home.  His "friend" could not in fact help him get anything approved.  Most insurance company adjusters want to help their clients.  Unfortunately, there are some adjusters who feel it is their responsibility to deny as many claims as possible.  Maybe Johnie's "friend" is one of those.  I know he has to be aware that the law prohibits any storm damage claims from costing anyone their policy.  You cannot be singled out for a rate increase or denied coverage because of a storm damage claim.  Johnie should research that.

I have to question why Johnie has waited until now to report this claim.  If he is sincere in his concern for others not falling for this so called scam, shouldn't he have posted this immediately?  I know for a fact that noone in our company truck has worked the Hoffmeister area since August of 2010.

We take offense to being labeled "Professional Storm Chasers" and "insurance run up claims night mirror."  There are in fact, some people/companies who deserve that label.  You saw those type of people come out in force within minutes after the tornado striking Sunset Hills.  We do operate that way and never will.  We feel that those who take advantage of unsuspecting customers, by taking thier money and failing to do the work, should be run out of business and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.  In fact, we have helped a large number of those scammed customers to get the work done when we can.

I would like to personally invite Johnie to contact me anytime he would like to discuss this matter.  I am confident that we can provide him with a large number of references who actually fell for our so called "scam" whom are now happily enjoying a home restored and complete and just maybe, we can do the same for him.
