Complaint Review: All Ways Clean Corp of Moro Bay - Morry Bay California

Agree with this person used to work there first of all INO BRITO is the ine thats making that company corrupted. he hires all women he wants and then he tells them he could put them in a bigger position just so they coul lay with him that is some sick thing... oh trust me i know a lot of things of that company is no just they hire illegal imigrants is the fact they take advantage of them they want a lot of work and just a little of time. how in the world they want to hear good compliments if they want things fast. another thing for a person working there they charge a lot of money and they just want to pay minimun wage. they suck and i recommend people not to gwt them to clean your place. trust me the robb you in every way they can and act like there perfect 

Allways Clean operates by hiring illegals and they work them like dogs.

Example: The crew that came to clean had a Foreman who spoke to the crew all in spanish. Not one of the workers spoke English at all. They showed up at 7AM to clean and worked all day till 4:30PM. The forman told us he had the SAME CREW working at another location the night before, working all nite. They ended cleaning the offices at 3:30AM that same morning and then they were told to show up to clean our location at 7AM. So think about this- the entire crew had less than 4 hours to eat and sleep before they were scheduled to work another 9 1/2 hour job.

From the way the whole thing went down. It looked like the main supevisor was paid a flat fee and then he paid out the Illegals from that. Do the math. We paid 110.00 for 9 1/2 hours of work.

A four persom crew showed up to clean for 9 1/2 hours. That's $11.57 per hour FOR 5 PEOPLE including the Foreman. That's 2.31 an hour IF 100% of the money was paid to the cleaners. It's not. So let's say the business owners are getting half, that left 55.00 to be paid to the supervisor and 4 helpers for 9 1/2 hours of work.

You do the math. Something is very wrong here. We talked to the owners. They didn't even try to hide the fact that hire Illegals. In fact. They acted smug about it like they were smarter than other cleaning companies.  Why are they not shut down?

I am not surprized on this report. These guys came into our business and tried to tell us they could do everything for half of what we were paying for on our current cleaning service and provide the paper goods, yes pay for all the paper goods.

Sounds good and all but not entirely what they say they do after hours is a different story. Unprofessional and can't say more. They cleaned so bad they were worse than the original cleaners. To think of Allways Clean putting their business cards under everybodies doorstep in the building and doing it again and again till they got a call back seemed like they had it all laid out to sell us a cleaning service and boy was that the wrong thing to do. The employees came in dirty cars and were not well equiped but really skipping too much because they were not spending enough time to clean. Come the next day and it looked like they did half the work then call the alarm company they spent less than an hour in the office when there is 50 people in here with 3 full size bathrooms. With the paper products they give us too was too rough and cheap but they were paying for it and to convince us they would make us happy with a turn the key cleaning operation was something that we did not really see in the details until afterwards.

Do not hire these people, if there is a card under your business doorstep please throw it away.

Unfortunately in business there are employee terminations that can lead to malicious acts such as this false accusation directed at our company.  It has come to our attention that a former employee who was terminated committed this act.  This former employee boasted to several of our employees of creating this report.  We took this experience as an example of how careful we must be in screening employees before hiring which incidentally has improved our hiring practice.  As far as the accusations anyone who does business with us knows how outlandish these statements are.  For instance we have several government contracts that require a background check on all of our company's employees as well as a review of our hiring practices.  Another instance is the fact that we have lost bids to companies offering lower prices.  I hope the best to our former employee who created this and if the energy put into this report was directed at getting another job this person could get off unemployment reducing the cost to everyone in the working world.

All they want to do is they want to take all the cleaning industry turn the company into a franchise specializing in under bidding wars on janitorial contracts. These people that own Allways Clean Corp from Morro Bay are nothing but crooked and they threat their employees horrible and they have no pensions for them and no health insurance either but only long hours of work without overtime that are suppose to provide their own cars to service work for their business, they make the illegal immigrants drive their own cars to go to these cleaning accounts. A scam and a ripoff cleaning company.
