alliance mitigation group platinum acceptance corporation Claimed to do loan modifications. Wanted money up front. Would not show proof of anything that they were doing. fullerton, California
Contacted Alliance Mitigation Group to help us with a loan modification. They said the price would be $2,400's. After sending in $1,600's we could not get anyone to answer our phone calls or e-mails.We wanted to know how it was gong on the loan modification process. Michelle who was suppose to be working on our case finally called after I contacted the main office to complain if it was the main office.She could not answer when my wife ask if they were legitimate. After that she never called or e-mailed.The only one that e-mailed us was Kimberly wanting to know when we was going to send the last payment, if we didn't then they would drop us.I have called several times to ask for a refund and was told no. We contacted the States Attorney's Office in California and ask if Alliance Mitigation was a legitimate company. The only business that showed up at 801 E Chapman Ave STE #218 Fullerton CA 92831 was Platinum Acceptance Corp. That is the same address as Alliance Mitigation Group. I called Eric and he said that they are not in with Platinum. The States Attorney in California said that it against the law to demand money up front. In my opinion they are a scam and I want my money back.
