I am requesting help from anybody that have had this problems and put in advise people that might be in their way to disaster with this miserable company. I have several problems with a company named Allied Preparation Services.

This company offered me back in 06/21/05 on their Winter Park office, located exactly on 1950 Lee Road Suite 204 Winter Park, FL 32789 a work opportunity at the Orlando International Airport (MCO). I contacted them over the phone because I saw an ad on the Sunday newspaper indicating that they could offer me a position as a Reservations Representative, Ticketing Agent or as a Passenger Service Agent.

At the moment I only had several days in Orlando because I moved on 06/15/05 with my fiance Kenneth Benitez. I had Customer Service experience as a Call Center Operations Supervisor and my fianc was the Call Center Operations Manger. We needed to start working and we started looking on the Sunday newspaper and we found this job opportunity in something concerning customer service and we went on 06/21/05 and we had an interview with Tom and he explained us everything that had to do with the job oportunity.

All seemed right, and he seemed to be telling the truth and we though this was like an employment agency and we paid him $198.00 with our American Express Credit Card, $99 for each package. This payment was needed to "cover" the material costs of everything we needed to do in order to have a job interview with an airline and then to be hired by them to work on the Orlando Airport. This will help me train myself in case any Airline called me for an interview I would know what to talk about, airline concepts and how to answer questions and how to a good interview to secure a position with the airline.

We made the payment because Tom GUARANTEED us that this will work, that we will be hired and on the contract that we signed stated that way also So, we trusted him with our money, first because he guarantee it, second because he said he was a lawyer and he knew what he was doing and he couldn't afford to do something wrong because he knew the law, we gave him part of our savings and started working with this

As the steps instructed on the papers that we received, we had to call the customer service department at 407-975-8753 to register ourselves on their data base after that we had to fill out the applications, make copies of them, buy envelopes with certain mesures, buy mail stamps and send them by mail to several human resources department for some airlines that they had on a chart indicating that those were the airlines that at that moment were hiring personnel.

After that he educated us that in order to keep us up to date we had call them to see what other airlines were hiring so we can send them our applications. He told us that this could take from 5 to 7 weeks for the airlines to reach the resumes and the appliactions and to answer us. Other instructions said that we should apply only online, and we did. The airlines never answered us.

On 08/16/05 I called Tom's office and first of all the person who answered treated me very rude and told me the Tom wasn't available to take my call that he was with a customer and if I needed further help I should call customer service because that was why they were there for.

I called customer service and asked for help and for the next step or the lates news on airlines that were hiring people and the csr told us what to do but I request to speak to a supervisor because we already did all what she told us to do and we didnt have any response and she pretended for me to do it again in order to have an answer from the airlines. After that she said that the supervisor was off that day, that I could contact her on her email address [email protected] or calling her again the next day, but I never got a response from her, her name was Brandy Hurly.

We just waited, we start looking online for the several airlines that they told us that were hiring personnel and for other more and started applying online, but like in the beginning we never had an answered for those applications either, except for the airlines thanking us for applying online and for the interest in a position with them, but other than that we never had a response or an interview.

We moved from Orlando to Weston and I tried to contact the company to let them know what had happened and to request a refund for my $198.00 because they guarantee us the positions, and we gave him our money for this, we trusted him, but this was impossible. I called all the numbers I had, 305-819-5522 disconnected - 954-714-9022 - disconnected 407-740-7822 disconnected 407-975-8753 disconnected 813-877-2266 -disconnected 1-800-618-7633 disconnected 407-740-0545 disconnected 954-733-8808 disconnected 1-800-914-8973 - wrong number - There I reached a CSR and she told me that, where I was calling was a Call Center for Customer Service for several products and Services but none of them was Allied Preparation Center - so it was a wrong number and 1-900-346-8000 and if you call to this number they charge you $9.99 for the call.

I searched for the internet and I couldn't find a working number at all or a website, I only found alliedprep.com or alliedprep.net and they don't work.

This is when I decide to contact the BBB. There I found that this company has been a member of BBB since 08/04 and that several complaints have been made and they have refund or settle the issues. But they dont seem to be eager to assist me at all, they just send me to their website to file a complaint.

I never had what they promised and guarantee on their contract so this might be a case where they are violating what they offered and what they promised, and I could have my money back

Be carefull where you spend your money and on false promises I hope somebody reads this and contact me to help me resolve, prosecute or receive my money back....

Saw an ad from these folks that I guess is signing folks up for this. Just a word for most people. Anyone that charges you money for providing you a list of opportunities is ripping you off. The info they provide you can be found by going to any airlines website and going to the careers sections. Job openings are listed there. Why pay someone money to tell you to go to these sites??? Please send me my $129.00 or $99.00 for telling you this secret. :) :) :)

FL-ECONOMICS CRIME DIVISION UPDATE

#5Author of original report

Wed, March 15, 2006

Today 03/15/06 I called the Financial Investigator of the Economic Crime Division of the FL-Attorney General's Office that was in charge of working and gathering information for this case and she informed me that this case was CLOSED... All the information gathered helped her to CLOSE this company named Allied Preparation Services (This company lied to many people using a CONTRACT offering GUARANTEE - Positions with airlines on our International Airports (MCO - FLL - Miami) and were charging them $99.00 for the package that was supposed to help you have an interview with the airlines). She informed me that every person that was involved in this issue and reported it to her and sent her all the information including all their documents notorized had the chance to receive a REFUND.... Unfortunaly I wasn't one of them, because I was too late... But, I anybody who read this and knows this issue, or knows a way that I can recover my money back, all suggestion are welcome, you can contact me.
