I already contacted the Fraud Dept in Tallahassee. I guess they have to do a investigation. I have to now prove the engine that is in the truck has been replaced. The warrenty poeple are stating once I show them the engine is not the original and were it came from they state they will cancel the contract and send the money back? The contract states they had 60 days to cancel a contract. I called the number no on awnsered when I called. I did however find out where they live!!!!I am waiting to here from the fraud dept in tallahassee. My truck is sitting in my yard with a seized engine, I am paying 199 a week for a rental and 360 for a truck? I know it is agianst the law to do what they did but now AI have to go through all the bull of getting the proof.

Now, if what you say is true, the dealer has committed a felony, and can be shut down unless he refunds your money in full. It is highly illegal to screw with the odomoter statement when selling a used vehicle. Tell them you are turning them into the DMV and having their dealer's license pulled, as well as suing them for damages unless they refund your money in full immediately. I know you say they are not there, but according to the internet, they are still in business. Maybe they changed their name slightly, here is what I found: Allied Auto Sales (407) 957-6022 520 13th St St Cloud, FL 34769 When you call, they answer as ALLIED AUTO BROKERS.
