Allura Skin Allusiv Eyes Buyer Beware - Ordered Product Evening of Oct 21; Tried to Cancel Nov 4 -- Nobody returned my call. A rep finally answered phone Nov 6 - Santa Ana California
Too many victims of this scam. It needs to stop!
Requested the "trial" version of Allura Skin for less than $5. Was offered the trial version of Allusiv Eyes for slightly more than $5, plus the shipping and handling. Did not realize there was a 14-day return product or pay autoship of $89.95. Did not see anything on website or in the packaging received that stated that restriction.
Tried to explain to the rep that finally answered my call that such a short period of time was insufficient to test a product. She mentioned that it takes two months to see a difference. She offered a 35% discount, then a 50% discount plus kept offering to send a "free" bottle of Allura. When I declined offer of something free that I didn't like she withdrew the offer of a discount, stating that I would have had to return product and/or call prior to November 4.
The final outcome is that I'm stuck with the awful trial product and a charge of $89.95 for additional items I do not want.
