Alray Blackmon Blackmon Developers Gulf War Veteran Housing RIPOFF Newark, New Jersey
I served this country for 8 years from 1990-1998, I came home and became a carpenter. I met blackmon through a coworker who happens to be his cousin which we will call "K". K told me of his cousin who was a developer that had a house for sale at the same time I was in the process of looking for a house to buy. The year was 2008 when we were in negotiations. I had to get a cosigner because my credit was weak. Eventually I ended up taking K as my cosigner. I went through my annuity to get the required funds of $11,000.00. this happened Feb 20009. I sent blackmon the check and the signed contract. I was totally ignorant to the ways of this schemer. I did not have a lawyer but he assured me its okay. I felt very ill, come to find out I have a brain tumor of which I was seeking treatment while still waiting to finalize the house with blackmon. I told him of my illness and he said not to worry get better and your house will be waiting for you when you return. I asked K if this guy can be trusted he said yes. December of 2009 I was well enough to deal with blackmon, first I kept getting his voicemail. I got in touch with K and he got in touch with blackmon. I received a call from blackmon of which he stated he had to take care of a family issue out of town and when he returns he will give me the keys to the house. That was the early part of January 2010. I am still waiting alray blackmon!!! I have not been able to work steady because 2 more tumors were found in my body. The house I was supposed to receive from alray is a 2 family. With my unemployment and the tenants rent i would have made it by. I just have been too sick to give this my full energy. After my 3rd surgery in a few weeks, once I get better I will give this my full attention. The house address is 423 S 18th St Newark, NJ 07103-1212.
