mr- Pietruti post p.o. with write tlp350f ,and i offer tlp350(f) and my p.i. is for tlp350(f) him pay p.i. and i ship part with my invoice with tlp(f) part be receive from arrow division.

when hir receive parts see don't have send correct p.o. but don'd accept human error, him prefere to write slander.

any person like know story i have documens but is easy to read what Toshiba reply to mr. Pietruti regardin this situation for understand the error.

Mr. Peter have be send p.o. Wrong because don't know what need and now for don't accept your unprofessional work write at me slander..this is no professional work .

I'm sorry for him but if have question for confusion with Toshiba part I have be write much mail for contact directly Toshiba but him prefer write slander and for this have receive on first step the warning but I'm sure on next time him receive to legal action.

Let me say first of all that I'm sorry for the misunderstanding occurred, I suppose you intended to order the TLP350F(F) while the order entered was

on the TLP350(F).

I know the two products are different in fact when I was contacted by The Ram Specialist I sent to Claitron-Lasi our distributor the the two

different datasheets and on top of this I explained that for both products the (F) in bracket means lead free. Attached pls find the e-mail I sent to

Mr.Francesco Gambino of Claitron Lasi.

I put in copy Mr.Francesco Gambino of Claitron Lasi who should solve this matter, and I'm sure they will find the right way to do it.

We Toshiba delivered to Claitron Lasi the product they ordered us.

With All that has been said on the complaint, The Ram specialist has forgotten that there were spec sheets sent and the Pitch requested to order, if The Ram Specialist did a little checking they would have noticed what to order. Firstly we requested Pictures, non sent. 2ndly, This was sent to The Ram Specialist READ THE PITCH I ASKED YOU FOR!!! I SPECIFIED THE MECHANICAL PITCH!!! WHICH CORESPONDCE TO THE TECHNICAL DATA SHEET I MADE IT CLEAR READ BELOW TLP350F (IS 10.16MM PITCH YOU SUPPLIED TLP350 We have e-mails from Arrow, the supplier to the Ram specialist who is willing to Issue her An RMA Read: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Friday, January 23, 2009 8:20 AM To: Ester Perugini Cc: [email protected]; [email protected] Subject: Re: FW: The Ram specialist Importance: High Good morning Ester last November I wrote to Mr Pietrunti that Arrow Italy can take the units back (please see above my mail of November, the 13th). Then I called Samantha Corradi (The Ram Specialist) in order to agree with ALTITEK all the procedures for the return of material. Therefore, Arrow Italy has already informed The Ram Specialist and we have shown them our total collaboration to solve this problem. Please get in touch with Samantha Corradi, we're ready to receive the units of TLP350(F). Best regards Francesco Gambino But to no avail. All we are requesting is the part to go back to them and refund us our money. We have lost a customer because of this and our Money, and The Ram specialist supplier is willing to help. But it is the Ram specialist who wishes to continue this issue. We are willing to clean it up and whatever comment they find offensive, was not meant as an offense, it seems to be just an excuse not to take the parts back and issue refund. My questions is who is Riping off Who? We Paid them, they did not pay us. We also have all our e-mails intact. All we are asking is to put this behind, act like adults and take care of this issue.
