Amercredit Financial Services Financial Institution ripping off me and my family P.O. Box 183593, Arlington Texas
This financial service (Americredit) rip me off, and my wife, and took out two months worth of vehicle payments and only one vehicle payment was due. We did not elect to have automatic payments taken out at all. The institution comments was and I quote," we do not see the payments, it is done electronically". This institution has caused more headaches than ever before. When I spoke to someone they said and I quote," they cannot put the money back into the account", they do not have the authority to do nothing like that". Please stay away from this lender this lender they are a bunch of crooks. I hope a lawyer sees this and hopefully will take this case.
We cannot even buy formula now for our baby, because of their actions. The customer service representative was rude with me on top of all of this. They made our bank account overdrawn because of their mistake. That was the only transaction they came through our bank during that time frame. They did not even apologize for the mistake. They even hung up the phone on me for their mistake they have committed. When I called back I would give them my name, and phone number, and account number, and then they hung up on me not once, but twice. I almost told them to come back and get the vehicle it is not worth the trouble they have put us through at this point. I realize it would cause a negative credit rating if I did. My intentions was to make my payment as scheduled. I am open to suggestions about this. What can I do at this point? I do not where to turn at this point. Please, I need some help.
