American Dream Realty Inc., Formerly Century 21:American Dream Services, AMT Financial Services Real Estate and Mortgage Company in Winter Park rips off both Clients AND Employees, spends escrow accounts, fires employees just short of closing to keep their paychecks, mortgage company commits fraud by charging you yeild spread points without disclosure. This company was formerly known as Century 21: American Dream Services. They lost their franchise due to the fact that they could not afford to pay their dues to the franchisor, Century 21 Corporate. This company is now known as American Dream Realty, located in Winter Park,FL and is under the ownership of one of the most foul and deceptive pair of people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I was employed by their mortgage company for nearly a year, before I realized how much fraud was being committed by this company. During the course of the time I was employed there, I saw people fired days before their closings went through for NO reason at all, only to have their hard earned paychecks seized by the owners to pay the bills. I have heard the owner Al Jermaine Campbell of the company laugh at employees who were forced into foreclosure because he fired them and took their money. They also own a mortgage company called AMT Financial Services, which is run by Sharon Burchett. Miss Burchett represents herself as a mortgage broker and Realtor. She is in fact not a realtor, and should be in jail. She changes credit reports, uses white out over pay check stubs when doing mortgages, and often tacks ENORMOUS fees on to clients mortgage Good Faith estimates. I have seen her fire people before so she could claim their paychecks as her own, which is apparently something that this company admires. I have also seen 4 people have their escrow checks bounce. Anyone who knows anything about real estate knows that escrow accounts are supposed to be meticulously maintained, and this is not the case with this company. Maurice Campbell is the account manager for this company, and him and his brother have managed to commit more fraud in front of me than I have ever heard of in 7 years in real estate and mortgages. The escrow accounts in this office are completely off balance, and I can only hope that someone will see this an audit them. They should be in jail. In addition to this, this company lies to its customers. Sharon Burchett and Al Jermaine Campbell plot together to con people into purchasing properties under false pretenses.
If you are considering working for this company or using them for your home ownership needs, I beg you to reconsider. You will only be sorry you did. I am not the only one who thinks this. At the time I came to work for this company, they had recently switched owners and had 70+ employees. 2 years later, they now have 4, including the two brothers and Miss Burchett.
No one else could put up with the disgusting way these pigs run business either.
