We do our best to provide each Member with our Member Services number at the time of enrollment and in our membership materials. In the event that a Member receives our after-hours message our hours of operations are clearly stated, along with the option to leave a voice mail. All voice mails do receive a returned call the following business morning. Also our hold times are closely monitored to ensure that each Member receives the quality care they deserve.
