American Health Advantage TrueCare Buyer Beware! They employ super, sweet talking salespersonnel to get your ear, trust, then you get slammed after they get c/c #..never get confirmation, card, nada, nor can you reach them again, even Lake Mary, Florida
Buyer beware! Smooth talking salespeople gain your trust with such a good deal, but when you try to call them back, their Ext. # is not available, you only get recordings, plus, no one seems to care!
Sounds too good to be true - it probably is, and a big money-making scam...only after your c/c #!

We do our best to provide each Member with our Member Services number at the time of enrollment and in our membership materials. In the event that a Member receives our after-hours message our hours of operations are clearly stated, along with the option to leave a voice mail. All voice mails do receive a returned call the following business morning. Also our hold times are closely monitored to ensure that each Member receives the quality care they deserve.
