Having worked at American Mattress for nearly two years I will tell you that the chances of you getting anywhere with them is very slim. Not impossible but slim. If you do get a mattress from them and you need it inspected, because of mattress failure or breakdown and you call the 1800todream number, this is what will happen. They will send someone out at some weird hour or day, then they will tell you that it doesn't have enough wear (it must be at least 1/8 deep) or that there is a stain and that makes the warrantee null and void. Ask the person that you have there looking at your mattress. If his name is Jeff/Frank/Scott beware these are on of the owners and they will lie and tell you that they are not. If it is a guy named mario then he a relative of Scott/Frank and have him tell you how to get ahold of the owners. By the way they have lawyers on retainer and they will stall and stall time and again so be ready for a fight.
