american professional institute in decatur campus API on sept 5 2012 i got suspended for something dumb and sept 12 2012 i got expelled for some lies that where told about me decatur, Georgia
On sept 5 2012 at 8:50am or 9:00am. I was siting in class minding my business when the teacher mrs. M boyce and another student talking about people. So the teacher walked out the class. So someone went and ask another student who was the teacher and her talking about then the student got loud and said me and I said keep my name out y'all mouth because I do my work. The student jumps up out her seat to argye while I was still sitting down. So mr. Williams came in the class and told me and her to go to his office. So mr.williams and mrrs.m boyce and the student was in his office talking. I was on the phone with my mama and told to pick me up. So I went in the office and he told ne I was suspended for three days. I left and talk to the officer a nd told him that the girl wanted to fight cause she was sitting across from the school talking about she know where live. While I was, talking to the police officer. Then I went to dfcs and I receive three too five restructed calls from the student. So I text her and pregnant and a other of three io dont said stop playing on my phone. She called and said she want to fight. So my cousin came and pick me up at 10;00am. So on my way I got a phone call talking about I called the teacher threatening the girl. I don't call the teacher or text about nothing unless I'm hurry late to class. So I check my voicemail at 10:36am the teacher left a rude and disrespectful voicemail on my phone. Someone pretend like thet are me wwhen they called the teacher cause I didn't I don't know what she said and the person who pretended like me had two days and I had three days so I called the teacher at 11:35am to see why she lying on me and she cursing at me talking about I did call amd threatening and I did not call her at all and I asked what time that called was made she didn't tell me. And I text her and said I'm nt expelled and the other student had vtwo days not me. I went back to school sept 12 2012 the teacher had an bad nasty attitude towar@@ds me. So I had a meeting with mr. Bush with him he told me to wait til mr williams get their so when he got there he brung the teacher the officer and me and said he take the teacher side over minds now I had a print of my call kust for that day to prove to him the time the teacher so called said I made the threat which I wouldn't do that at all. He have to take the teacher said she was laughing when mr williams said I was expelled because mrs. M boyce talking up for the other student. So I'm not paying that loan because I have proof that u didn't called her about that. I'm trying to call who ever over the entire school and the board of education but I don't know. I only had three months left before finished and the teacher is lying.
