Beware of American Standard On-Line, it is a gigantic fraud!
One of my best pals is a licensed private investigator with close professional ties to the FBI. Turns out that the registered owner of American Standard On-Line has a criminal rap sheet a mile long. A career criminal now fleecing lots of gullible people out of their $199.
If you remember back in the 1980s the scam was no-money-down real estate seminars, but the crooks selling those expensive seminars never actually succeeded in buying homes with no money down. But millions of gullible fools fell for those scams. Now the popular scam is telling the gullible that for no money down and no credit check they can move into a home in pre-foreclosure status and take over payments. The odds of this actually happening is probably one in a thousand, if even that.
My gullible young son got ripped off by American Standard On-line, but I'm fighting back because my P.I. buddy has launched an investigation of them through the FBI. Hopefully hand cuffs will be clicking onto the wrists of those crooks sooner than later.
