Americanhomes4rent Over billed NO refund Cordova Nationwide
American Homes 4 Rent double billed me our second month in our rental house, I've asked over 3 times for someone to let me know when i will get my money back. Nobody has returned my call or email telling me where my money is, I've even called the Corp office to find out who to talk to and I still get the run around !. DONT rent from this company !

I agree with this prior statement, this company is horrible with repairs and when you get a credit they try and eat it up with made up fees etc. Putting together class action lawsuit anyone intrested in joining let me know.
