Almost two years ago, I ordered and paid for a biometric lock from APSI Biometrics DBA America's Personal Security, Inc. When the lock arrived it did not work and I returned it for a refund. That was almost two years ago.
For over 2 years, I have been trying to get a refund from the owner, Christine Keeling. I cannot count the number of times that she has told me that she issued a refund to my credit card or that she had mailed a check to me weeks ago.
Anyone even thinking about doing business with her and her company should search Pinellas County Civil Records to see her track record. She is a liar and a coward,who hides behind her secretary.

Christina Keeling owner of America's Personal Security and APSI Biometrics OWES ME MONEY TOO! Good luck finding the fat cow. When you call the number on her website, it is disconnected. I sent a certified letter to her Cleveland Street address and it was returned. I found a listing for her license on the FL Gov. website and when I googled it is apparently a residential address. I'd be interested in locating her ASAP, my lawyer would like to ask her a few questions.
