Re-aging defined: Report[ing] accounts using later-than-actual delinquency dates. http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2004/05/ncogroup.htm

Illegally re-aging account to report delinquencies AFTER account closure/payoff. Paid 2003 (and yet reporting current delinquencies into 2003 & 2004 - AFTER payoff) currently "past due 60 days" when, in fact, it was brought to current status upon payoff.

Americredit also reported the account's last payoff 12/2002 (when the last payment was 4/2003)!!!

I sued in federal court (Ninth Circuit) to get the credit report corrected once and for all! However..

TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY - The judge in Ninth Circuit allowed Americredit's to charge lawsuit costs to ME!

THIS IS AN OUTRIGHT BLASPHEMY OF THE LAW! BLASPHEMY OF THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT!

SO, NOT ONLY HAS AMERICREDIT SCREWED UP MY CREDIT FOR ALMOST 4 (FOUR) YEARS - I GET CHARGED FOR IT, TOO! TALK ABOUT (IN)JUSTICE IN AMERICA.
