Not only the State of Nevada Division of Nevada Lenders, go to: Federal Trade Commission's website, ftc.gov and report them there as well. To recover even mmore money than what you are owed go to Internal Revenue's website irs.gov and download form 3949A. Fill out this form and make a copy of it and send it Certified Mail. Once they do their investigation it may entitle you to 10% of what they find wrong. Good Luck!

I have the same problem, I have made this issue a my number one to Win. I have already reported to the FBI and The IRS here in Las Vegas 1st, because of tax and other problems. Just look-up on the web-site on FBI and you will fine how bad this problem is and what other states have this problem. Its best you write your Nevada state Dept and also go to the Attorney General Nevada Dept of Justice in Las Vegas, and write to Carson City Office call them and tell them about your problem and you need help to save your family Home. also look up hud.gov for more help. I am going to the News and TV news with this problem soon. I am a VET and my colors don't Run or Burn.Take care of your family and God Bless you all. I am very proud American and will fight again for my country and Family. I will post my problem soon once I get some more information from agency working on my problem. I live in Henderson also. I wish you the best and God Bless you and your family, Don

I was reading your article and I really feel for you. My husband and I lost our home to a bogus company that lost their license in our state. We had to move out of our home 15 days before Christmas. We lost over $60,000 in equity, and spent over $20,000 in legal fees to fight them. We eventually won a civil suit of $85,000 against them, but never received a penny. They went bankrupt. My suggestion would be to 1. Stay away from MONEY TREE MORTGAGE. (Read Rip Off you'll know why.) 2. It may be of instant relief if you thougth about filing a Chapter 13 debt relief or Chapter 7 total relief. You would be able to stop the forclosure and keep your house. 3. We have had great luck with our mortgage bank. I wouldn't bank there but the mortgage is fine, and that's Wells Fargo. Also look on the internet for mortgage companies.(repitable ones) I know I have seen where there is a bank or company that pays your past due amount on mortgages. It is a tough situation to be in, but I've been there and I know what it is like. Hang in there something will happen and this can all be behind you. Try some kind of Legal Aid or Gov't offices, maybe there is someone there that can give you some suggestions. Best of luck to you.
