Andre Deloje Crooked shysty consumer seeks vengeance against reputable company pacific palisades, California
Divine hvac Inc, a fine and reputable company who opened its doors in 2005 was founded with integrity and professionalism in mind rana cross a crooked customer by the name of ANDRE DELOJE who feels it's his god given right to threaten a company when things dont go his way. This person ( deloje) ordered a condensing unit ( air conditioning). We went to visit his property to ascertain what was needed to make this happen at which time we were told by the HOA that THEY would call us back when THEY laid a concrete slab and that we needed to await their phone call. Deloje entered into an agreement with Divine hvac inc, gave divine a deposit of $400.00 at which time Divine hvac purchased this unit. We returned to deloje address 4 months later when the HOA called us and instructed us they had to meet with us on the grounds first before we could start the installation. Divine loaded up the air conditioner , went to Deloje address and was then told by the HOA that we could not dig up the red clay to properly lay the lineset( there the freon travels thru). We approached deloje and suggested moving it to another location approx, 75 feet away which would not disturb the red clay. Because of the lineset needed, there would be an additional $350.00 charge to which deloje refused, only after we placed the unit on the slab, and began to weld it in place. Divine hvac , packed it up and returned to the shop. Deloje was furious that Divine hvac would not honor the original price for a substantial amount of extra parts needed to complete the job professionally. Deloje was refunded all but the cancellation fee, he feels he should be refunded al his money when he agreed to a cancellation fee. Another consumer trying to get something for nothing. Divine has a customer base of over 6000, all satisfied customers, call one and find out!
