Andrea Alavarez Right At Home Nursing Service Andrea Alvarez is a CON Artist Using Lies and Her Looks To Secure Business Deals smyrna Georgia
Andrea Alavarez is a con artist who falsified her qualifications as a certified fitness instructor in order to secure a lucrative contract with a developmental youth organization called The ATL Canopy. Andrea claimed that she was qualified to teach children fitness and nutrition to the founder The ATL Canopy who also worked at www.Care.org, Mr. Lee Andre Shropshire. Mr. Shropshire asked for a fitness director for his program and I recommended Ms. Alvarez based on her bogus resume' and false credentials.
Ms. Alvarez was asked to submit an 8 week, 24 session fitness lesson plan along with a detailed budget as part of her commitment and involvement in The ATL Canopy. She was given a contract, which she signed and paid a referral fee to my company of $350 to secure the grants and sponsorship monies promised by Mr. Shropshire to all of those involved in his program. Upon weeks of excuses and missed deadlines, Andrea opted out of her commitment and demanded a refund of our referral fee. This is after, of course, she met and took pictures with my contacts and gained an additional financial business lead with CARE.org. Her request was denied as she was in breach of contract. She then berated my office with insulting text messages and this erroneous RIPOFF report. I have complete documentation of ALL of our correspondence. If she deems she was RIPPED OFF, why hasn't Andrea Alavarez filed a lawsuit IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT? Because she has no case. She attempted to use her sexuality and seduction to escape the resposibility of fulfilling her contracted obligations. When she realized the workload and commitment was beyond her skill level and competence, she proceeded to cry foul. Ms. Alvarez is NOT a Certified Trainer. Ms. Alvarez operates as a glorified CNA referral service WHOM clients she declared were "Ghetto and Uneducated" in one of our team members held at Care.org.
There is even an alleged EVENT where she claimed her daughter was kidnapped on her facebook page! Was this another ploy to coax money out of unsuspecting family, friends and/or her insurance company? Anyone desiring documentation of my files on this seductive con-artist, feel free to contact me directly. I have a signed contract with Andrea Alvarez. She lied about her credentials, commitment and competence. I have proof and have operated with professionalism and excellence. The ATL CANOPY EXISTS....VISIT www.atlcanopy.org. Mr. Lee Andre Shropshire has resigned from his project and turned the leadership of his organization over to Jasa Leadership Group!

Ms. Alvarez, I deemed this matter closed a year ago. Please move on! These unfounded, unsubstantiated and baseless claims which have nothing to do with our EXECUTED BUSINESS CONTRACT are asinine. For the record, I was not the reason Mr. Shropshire lost his job. Apparently he was utilizing company resources for his own personal use. Also, CARE USA was reorganizing their maintenance department of which Lee was a part of. Extorting my family? Really? Not true...where's your proof? Extortion is a felony...and I have never extorted anyone. It's great you sold your business for a profit. Hopefully you can find peace in your abundance of prosperity. I've moved Andrea...so should you. I have nothing against you, Lee or anybody you claim has ill will towards me. One fundamental principle of business in dealing with you I take solace in, and that is, having a signed contract with you. As a health and fitness "expert / advocate???", you did not fulfill your obligations to submit your educational curriculum. Case closed.

I’m so happy that I sold my business and made a sizable profit due to the new owners loving my business model, my thorough screening process when interviewing my employees and my relationships with my clients and their families. For anyone reading this nonsense, please research Jasa Leadership Group. Look at the date I filed the ripoff report. This whole report is erroneous and baseless. Dexter Humphery’s is an opportunist, liar and scammer. There was already a report filed with my local police department because this man kept harassing and threatening me. He tried to extort money from his own brother who is a very famous Gospel music singer; if he will screw over his own brother, nobody is safe. Meanwhile, in the home health industry, using your sexuality to gain clients is laughable! I have correspondence between him and I that clearly states that I am not a personal trainer and I had no desire to become one. I also have correspondence between the gentleman, Lee that he mentions in his report that proves Dexter Humphery’s was a fraud who essentially almost cost Lee his job. If I cared enough to persue this, I would sue him for libel; but I don’t because I find this humorous. The clients whom retained the services of the CNA’s that I employed are all 70 years of age or older. That demographic and their geographic location would be the prime reason the wouldn’t use the term "ghetto.” This report doesn’t even give the correct location of my business; again, laughable. Dexter, I really hope you get the mental help that you need.
