Ankit Metha pretented to work for us while preparing the ground to work for another company using our resources, Internet

Ankit Metha wanted to work for us as an internet security expert. We hired him with a heavy monthly salary of 65000 on a full time base. He started on 22 Nov 2011.
One day( 18 Jan 2012) this guy steps in and says he needs to fly to a conference (security) in Malaysia . He couldn't say when will he back. after a short time we realized that he works for a Thai company named Aware corporation Ltd in Bangkok. and wasn't in Malaysia at all.

then we realized that this guy cheated us . he wanted to buy a house in Ahmedabad india and needed a loan ,so for that loan he needed to have a pay slip for a reliable company like ours. he planned anything from the beginning .so by the end of the day he screwed us and the bank as well.
yesterday we found this mail dated on the 21Oct 2011, saying specifically that he will join as of 1 Dec 2011. so the whole process was to get a pay slip cheat the bank and on the way to get a high salary from us.

Though it is not officially communicated, however it has been discussed with Steven (Aware MD) that you all would be working with me from here on with a defined R&R and target to achieve. I would brief you about the idea for which we have to ponder upon and work together from here on. But before that let me educate you both with important people @ Aware Organization Structure, specially to Pulok da/ Ankit
I understand that this big email is hard to digest in one attempt however an eye opener for all of you. Mostly importantly we all have to work together as a team and help each other to achieve the big goal.
