I purchased a kitten from this horrible breeder. I paid $1,300.00 for a kitten that did not even see to be 1 year old. I had her a few short months. As she died of FIP
. I never even knew what FIP was and never ever had a cat or kitten die of FIP. I never had any kind of illness or health issues with any pet I ever had.
Melanie Lowry AKA Annie Westlake of now the Catinallity Cattery would not give me back my money or give me a replacement kitten.
She also had the gargantuan nerve to sue me and court for $7,500.00 and won. The main reason she won was because I was just too sick to appear at my appeal.
But you know what, she may have gotten this money but she will never be happy a day in her life , not even if she dies, which I pray she does not. I want her to remain alive to experience each day as unhappy and miserable as she has made other people
Melanie Lowry may have won the law suit, by she is a cursed creature. Because her kittens are still dieing of FIP in her cattery currently and its 2010. I call her a creature beause she is not a human being, she is a creature of some sort that hurts human beings, allows kittens to die, breeders cats for her to make a living.
Melanie Lowry AKA Annie Westlake of Catinallity is a Pet Profiteer, which means she lives off of the sales of cats and kittens, even to the expense of their death.
I did forgive her for how she has hurt me but I feel it is my [obligation to think of others] to make sure what happened to me does not happen to any other person who ever purchases an expernsive pedigree cat or kitten.
I can not believe how CFA sticks right by her side. Goes to show how evil CFA and that whole cat community is and what really goes on inside of that cat fancy. How sad.

You seem to be too stupid, or vindictive to learn anything RoseMarie,
since you were sued for just this kind of libel and slander, and
harassment among other things. AND YOU LOST BECAUSE IT WAS TRUE! With
over 20,000 documents to prove it.
Folks... Ms. Zizzo has been harrassing and lying about this breeder since 2001, a little OCD, a little mental? The fact that she has already posted this latest complaint in 9 locations in 3 days should warn you that this is a lunatic! It is Rose Marie who has trouble getting along with anyone. All the breeders she did business with, the court clerks had trouble with her, her landlord hates her, she caused trouble at the post office when she learned they complied with the law and exposed her lie to the court about being served. They had to threaten her with the police. Everyone has a problem with this person, not just this one breeder.
Didn't the judge write right on the judgement that you harassed? You did not lose because you were to sick from smoking 3 packs a day. You lost because you were wrong, and lied so complacently to the judge that you were almost arrested. Isn't that what the court says? Why don't you try for once to tell the truth? We have the tapes of the court sessions! Wake up before you get sued and arrested again!
It was also proved in court that you lied about the amount paid for the cat, the judge called you on that too, yet here is your lie again. See her contract here (((Redacted)))
Oh and about sick animals, didn't you tell one breeder that you had a cat with chronic diarrhea? And what about all those kittens you owed back to breeders for cats you bought and never paid for? You claimed they all got sick at 8 weeks with an upper respiratory, nose crusted over and you let them starve to death cuz they quit eating. You failed to give them an antibiotic and they all died. You let 8 week old kittens die, so your claim of never having sick pets is another one of your hellatious lies. It takes a pretty heartless creature to watch 8 week old kittens starve to death and do nothing. And yet say you never had a sick animal. Hmmmm
There are eyewitness reports of the condition of her cattery, described as a hellhole. The smell of cigerettes and urine so overwhelming as to make one person gag.
