They promised a refund as stated in the rebuttal, but noe has arrived. I am not holding my breath. I believe law enforcement is close to finding Dwight Peterson some new, more humble accomodations. As I know more, I will post it here.

Here in Indiana and according to the attorney General's office, Dean White's company is not registered as a licensed telemarketer and calls people who are on the DNC lists. Yet he insists that he will replace any appointment that does not end in a presentation as if I am required to do business with his company. He seems to think he can break the law and keep people's money at the same time. I have not forgotten about his little scam and have turned over all documents over to the state and federal authorities. It may not be today, tomorrow, next week or next month, but one day Mr. White will get arrested for his actions.

Mr. Robert Gregory Keeps talking about no appointments! We have Not received a schedule for him in weeks. In addition Robert talks about companies making refunds in payments. I guess Robert dose not get the National News in his Small Town area. Most companies pay refunds in installments when there is dispute over the fact the client is to get a refund or not. We did make an agreement with Mr. Gregory to pay his refund in payments, so we can do further research on his appointments. Since Robert seems to think this is bad business practice, maybe we should hold off on his refund payment until we complete our own research. WE WILL HONOR OUR AGREEMENT WITH ALL AGENTS TO REPLACE ALL APPOINTMENTS THAT DO NOT RESULT IN A FULL PERSENTATION!! Again we can not make every agent "Happy" but we keep trying. The "company" has yet to set one valid appointment. I paid for 15. They offered to pay out a refund in 4 installments - what kind of professional corporation does business like that? I have yet to see a check. Dwight Peterson aka Dean White claims that the first check will be mailed on 6/22/2009. He also told me a refund check was issued on 6/3/2009. None ever arrived and when I asked, he said that someone in the company told him the check was mailed. What a load of poo. Check the grammar in the rebuttal. Does it reflect a professional company? Also note there is no way to contact anyone at the company by phone - except good ole Dean/Dwight. They will not provide any corporate address other than their mail drop in New York. All their IP addresses are in California. So, I seriously doubt there are any "call centers" around the country. In all my conversations with the "company", I was only able to talk to Dwight/Dean. I asked to speak with the other folks who show up on the emails like Lauren Elllis and Michael Howard and they will not speak with me. I believe it is because they do not exist. I asked to speak with one satisfied agent as a referral and was not ever given a name or number. Do not be fooled into sending this man any money. You will not get any appointments and I doubt you will ever get your money back. I gave my word to Dwight/Dean that if I ever got a refund I would make another post on this site. I stand by that 100%. Waiting on you sir.

Annuity Sales Now, Inc. (ASNI) has a number offices and/or call centers nation wide, with over 185 agents using our service regularly. Yes like all companies some of our clients have complains. We can not change this fact of life. What we can do is clarify our position and make the complaining agents happy. As I stated we have a number of location some of which have been closed and others have been consolidated to save funds in today's times. The location stated in this complaint was closed for the lack of performance. Mr Robert Gregory states that the former manger of this now closed office/call center was using numerous alias. This is totally in actuate. Michael Howard has W-9 records on everyone who worked at that location. Robert also states that ASNI has a free website. As far as I know the company paid for the and continues to pay for the Domain. As far as the email addresses go, Mr. Gregory uses a free email address, Yahoo, like most people do. Now let's get to the heart of the matter appointments. Mr. Robert Gregory did receive one no show, which most agents know is a fact of life. The wrong address he was given was our mistake. Mr. Gregory then talked with Dean White and ask if he could verify all of his appointments first, and Dean agreed. Dean did call Robert and told him not to go on one, Isn't that a verifier job is? The reason we replace all appointments that do not result in a full presentation, is that no shows and etc. are a fact of life. Just like no business can make ever client happy. BUT WE KEEP TRYING!!
